The residence was built in a golf course for a young family that wanted a contemporary language in a very traditional neighborhood. Designing a minimalistic house that had to be warm and modern at the same time was achieved through the use of concrete, steel and wood. This two-story 450 sqft house offers open spaces to obtain a feeling of large areas without increasing the size of the construction.
